Ltd. For example: VAT receipts.
You retain 100% ownership of the data collected by the
feedback forms. We do not distribute or sell any of your data. You may download
a
copy of your data at any time. You may use the data however you wish subject to
GDPR regulations.
The data is stored on secure FeedWorks servers located
in the
U.K.
Yes. All data is transmitted over a secure connection
with industry standard 128-bit encryption. It is then stored on our servers
which have multiple layers of protection and security.
Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time by accessing the subscription
portal. Click on "Manage Subscription" from the subscription page in the
console.

Orders
Due to the nature of the personalisation of each order,
we do not generally offer refunds.
We may offer refunds if your stock was damaged or missing. Refunds can take
between
3-5 business
days to appear in your account.
Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. It may take
slightly longer in rural areas.
- Pending - Your order has been received and it is being checked over.
- Processing - Your order has been sent to our printing partners for production.
- Shipped - Your order has left our printing partners warehouse and should be with your shortly.
Currently, we only support delivering to UK
addresses.
